BIOGRAPHY
Leona Frank was born in New York and lives in Westport, Connecticut with her husband, photographer Richard Frank, where they raised their two children. She graduated cum laude from Queens College, New York, earning a B.A. in Studio Art, having studied with Herb Aach, Robert Birmelin and John Ferren. She has completed her Master’s degree in Art Education.
